Do some gentle neck rolls to help rid tension. Let your chin drop slowly forward. Slowly roll your head to your right shoulder, back, left shoulder and front. Now do the same in the opposite direction. Try it about 10 times, slowly, and feel the relief. Remember to breathe slowly and deeply.
