Even some studies show that deficiency of vitamin B6 may result in asthma. Large doses of Vitamin b6 are offered to the patients of asthma to get relieve.

Vitamin C is generally called nature’s protective nutrient. It is necessary for defending the body against the infections and pollution. It also enhances the human body’s immune system. All its qualities are necessary for preventing asthma.
